I’ve decided to take away easy access to the content since I haven’t updated it since early 2013 and have no intention of writing new running posts in the foreseeable future. Thanks to all my readers who supported me via this blog. I do plan to keep running, so maybe we’ll cross paths on the lakefront or in a race.
